Who is responsible

Browsing

The pages of this site are served by Cloudflare. To run them and protect them from abuse, the servers log some technical data of every request: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and device. We use it only to run and secure the site, on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools. Fonts and images come from the site itself, not from third-party services.

The early access form

If you fill in the form we process the data you give us: the product you are interested in, your name, company, work email, phone if you add one, how many people you have in the field and how many online shops, whether you use Odoo and what you use today, plus the language and page you write from.

We use it to reply, to see whether FogliOre or CONNET fit your company and, if you wish, to start early access. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). We do not use it for newsletters or advertising.

Before sending, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not an automated program, is filling in the form, by analysing technical data of the browser. For the same reason we limit submissions per hour: of the IP address we keep only a fingerprint (hash) computed together with the hour, deleted with the request. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the form from abuse (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Where the data goes

The request is saved in a Cloudflare database whose data is stored in the European Union. Every ten minutes one of our servers collects it, records it in our management system and deletes it from the Cloudflare database.

In our system only the people at FAST SRL who handle sales contacts can see it.

How long we keep it

We keep the data for as long as it takes to handle the request and any negotiation. If you become a customer, we keep it for the length of the relationship and then for the periods set by law, up to 10 years for accounting and tax records.

Providers

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site and provides the Turnstile check and the database where the request waits to be collected. Cloudflare is a US company and may process technical browsing data outside the European Union: in that case the transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing or receive it in a readable format, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to amministrazione@fastsrl.company.

If you believe the processing is not correct, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
